Quality Control Department

Our Quality Control (QC) department is integral to maintaining the highest standards in production. Operating strictly in accordance with the ISO9001 quality management system, we oversee the entire production and quality inspection process.

Raw Material Control
We begin by meticulously testing and comparing samples of raw fibers before purchase. This includes testing based on the fiber composition and production coefficients for every batch. Before production, the raw materials undergo performance tests to ensure they meet required specifications.

Standardized Testing & Weighing
Throughout the production process, we enforce standardized testing and precise material weighing to ensure consistency and quality. All material ratios are thoroughly checked and validated during production.

Finished Product Inspection
Once production is complete, we conduct comprehensive inspections of the finished products, focusing on key aspects such as flatness, thickness, hardness, and specifications. Specialized equipment is used to test each product's quality. For products requiring deep processing, we perform secondary inspections to meet specific customer requirements before further mechanical processing.

Advanced Testing Equipment
Our QC department utilizes state-of-the-art tools such as thickness gauges, digital scales, and digital cutting machines to ensure the accuracy and precision of our products. Every step of the inspection process is conducted with great attention to detail to guarantee products meet the highest standards.
